The Goal

This concept is all about rethinking the traditional contact form and turning it into a friendly conversation. My goal is to make every visitor feel valued and understood by making the contact process more of a personalised consultation rather than a mundane task.

Their current contact form includes multiple detailed options for specific inquiry types. I believe it would benefit from a more holistic approach that reduces confusion about which department to contact for any given query.
